Forferdelige bakvarer som de feilpriser for så å slå inn en høyere pris i kassa.
Idag hadde jeg neste dårlige opplevelse. Bestiller too good to go pose med pick up time nå kl 16. Etter at jeg har betalt står det i appen kl 18. Jenta i kafeen som jeg forøvrig måtte rope etter sier det ikke er noen ting hun kan gjøre. Men må hente akkurat mellom 18.10 og 18.20. Hun kan ikke kansellere eller gi meg en bolle. Fysj. Dra heller på bit som gir deg ferske bakervarer

Literally found small pieces of hair embedded in their ostestick

Reply: no, I bought it Friday afternoon and found out this morning in Lillestrøm where I live - and no I don’t want any replacement. The hair is small and curly and I’m all grossed out.
If you see one on the most left, you will see the hair is IN the pastry. Tried to take it out by hand but the hair was crisp and broke - threw away the whole thing.

Was there after work, the lady in the cashier used gloves when typing my items, then went back to sorting products from behind the shelf. Both the chocolate tarte and almonds croissant I bought were so dry, I didn’t finish it. Not usually this way but this was a bit of a sad experience.

Jeg kjøpte rundstykke med pålegg og en kaffe. Jeg fant hår i maten og leverte den tilbake. Jeg ble tilbudt ny men takket nei. Det virket ikke som om de hadde tenkt å tilby penger tilbake. Da jeg spurte om penger tilbake i stedet, så ble det noe vanskelig da de ikke hadde rutiner de kjente til. De fant ut av det, så alt løste seg bra. Det som kanskje kan ha komplisert ting er at ingen av de som var på jobb snakket norsk.
