Wir hatten einen schönen Aufenthalt in Solhov. Das Zimmer war groß und gemütlich eingerichtet. Die Besitzer sind total zuvorkommend und hilfsbereit. Das Frühstück hatte eine große Auswahl, war mehr als ausreichend. Auch gab es frische Waffeln. Sowie das Abendessen mit Produkten aus eigenem Garten, war sehr gut und mehr als ausreichend. Es war sehr familiär alle an einem Tisch, urgemütlich.

Great and unusual experience in Solhov during two weeks. The place was perfect for us as a base camp for ski touring in the area : great location, ski room with heaters to dry ski shoes, half board avalaible, nice private bedrooms but also dormitories. Moreover Mathieu and Ingunn are very attentive and accommodating. I recommend this place!

I was taken to school here. The rooms were cheap and I took a chance, why not eat the farm fresh 2 course meal. I was given chicken noodle soup which and for 2 people it was almost the price of the room. The second course yogurt with a bit of jam. The place has charm I'll give it that and it's a chance to meet other great people. Good for information and at one point I did get gitty as a school kid. While I was taking a deuce the room next to the closet bathroom was saying how horrible it was sleeping next to the toilet. I could easily hear their conversation. Quickly I found out sound travels, they had to keep the children in line in 1928. Was a rough sleep people weren't loud, but you could hear them going down the hallways when they had to use the bathrooms. Great staff, good people, but I got schooled.

Tres bien situé à Lyngseidet dans les Alpes de Lyngen. On se sent comme à la maison.|Matthieu et Ingunn ont tout fait pour rendre notre séjour tres agréable. |On reviendra pour l ambiance pour la situation géographique, pour la bonne cuisine et l accueil.

I mentioned it was for my birthday and got a nice room. However, the hallway felt quite cold, and the shower was shared in the hallway. The views were great, and there were a few free parking spots available.

Keep in mind that shoes aren’t allowed inside, so bringing slippers is a good idea—they mentioned they could provide some, but we didn’t get any. They talked about breakfast and lunch but didn’t specify the prices or what was included. Dinner felt overpriced for what we got.

Not sure if we’d recommend it, but they did give us some great suggestions for things to do in the area.

We stayed a full week end of February at solhov with matthieu and Ingunn. They did everything possible to make our stay unforgettable.
We had and amazing room with fjord view and one of the best skitouring experiences ever in the lyngen alps on top of that northern lights. Not to mention Matthieu's self made bread, honey and the desserts after dinner. We are totally in love with this place and will for sure come back.

Cela fait 2 ans que je vais la bas.
L’endroit et top et vous rentrez dans une atmosphère incroyable les hôtes sont juste top et la nourriture et une bonne bière le soir après une bonne rando et top .
Et le plaisir de rencontrer des gens à table

Fulfilled all our needs when we travelled to see Blåvatnet the next morning. The location was excellent when traveling along our route when coming by car from northern Finland.
The rooms were very nice, had a simple interior but were clearly planned with a lot of thought and were really cozy.
The building itself was interesting to have a look at, being an old building with a little bit of history
and style to itself.
