Nous pensions avoir à faire à une maison d'hôtes mais en fait il s'agit d'un ensemble de logements de type Airbnb. Vous recevez un mail avec le code de la porte et vous ne voyez personne ni à l'arrivée ni au départ. Nous avions un appartement pour 5 personnes avec 2 chambres. L'appartement était petit et mériterait d'être rafraîchi. Une cuisine minuscule (1 personne pas plus ne pouvait y entrer). Une salle de bain minuscule où la douche, le lavabo (minuscule aussi) et les WC étaient réunis au même endroit. Quand vous vous douchiez, vous arrosiez tout le reste. Le canapé du salon doit être changé : il est sale et usé. Dur dur d'organiser la vie de famille dans cet espace si réduit. Le rideau occultant dans la chambre des enfants n'est pas assez large et il y fait jour même la nuit en été. Nous avons été très déçus surtout après avoir lu tous les bons commentaires et les recommandations de certains guides touristiques.

Perfect location, short walk to the Brygge and all of downtown. The apartment was exactly as appeared in the photos. Very clean, with a nice roomy living area with seating for four and a dining table. Kitchen is super tiny but well equipped. Beds were comfy and luggage racks were very appreciated. Host was very responsive and it was simple to get in and out. Only drawback might be the bathroom which is small and shower gets the whole room wet. Highly recommend this apartment!

We had a wonderful stay in the Kling Apartment. It is in a very atmospheric old bulding made in the early 1700s, full of character. |It's in a superb location to exlpore Bergen, a lovely comfortable space with a terrific view from the kitchen table over some of Bryggen's old houses. The property manager was incredibly helpful and we can't recommend highly enough.

Un appartement très joliment décoré (dans le style norvégien, très sobre, faut aimer !) et avec de beaux espaces au premier niveau. Contrairement à d'autres locations, il y avait beaucoup de vaisselle , d'ustensiles et de produits de base à disposition. Petit supermarché à 2 mn à pieds et très proche du centre ville. Nous sommes rentrés avec un code donc je ne peux rien dire de l'accueil. Beaucoup de brochures touristiques à l'intérieur , ce qui est très appréciable.|A savoir tout de même : l'appartement est au 1er étage et les escaliers sont très raides. Idem pour l'accès au chambre au niveau au-dessus. Pas de possibilité de se garer autour.

Im To Sostre Guesthouse habe ich den perfekten Abschluß meines zweiwöchigen Segeltörns entlang der norwegischen Küste gefunden.||Yvonne und Renate, die Inhaberinnen des Gästehaus, sind sehr charmant und wundervolle Gastgeberinnen. Sie boten jegliche Unterstützung und Information an und waren bei Bedarf jederzeit zu erreichen. Alles war von bester Qualität: das Zimmer, die sehr geschmackvolle Einrichtung mit vielen liebevollen Details, die Lage des Hauses - der Hafen und das Hanse-Viertel Bryggen sind nur wenige Minuten entfernt. Der Flughafen-Bus ist in weniger als 300m zu Fuß zu erreichen.||||Das Haus bietet zwei Zimmer und zwei Appartments. Mein Zimmer war groß, hell und sehr hübsch möbliert. Da die beiden Gastgeberinnen selbst nicht im Haus wohnen, haben die Gäste auch das Erdgeschoss mit großzügigem, gemütlich eingerichtetem Wohnzimmer und Esszimmer zur freien Verfügung. Auch den Kühlschrank in der Küche durfte ich für meine privaten Vorräte mit nutzen. Das Frühstück war abwechslungsreich, mit geräucherter Forelle, Schinken, Käse, dreierlei Marmeladen, selbst zusammengestelltes Müsli mit frischem Obst- es bietet für jeden Geschmack etwas. Es hat mich gut durch den Tag gebracht! ||||Ich hätte mir nichts Besseres wünschen können um meinen Urlaub in Norwegen ausklingen zu lassen! Ich werde auch das nächste Mal, wenn ich wieder nach Bergen komme, unbedingt wieder im Gästehaus der beiden Schwestern wohnen!

Beautiful apartment situated in lovely area just minutes away from town centre and all attractions. This place is great for couples as well as families with children. The apartment is well equipped so cooking and feeding big family is not a problem at all.
Lastly we have to say big thanks to our hosts, who are amazing. Always happy to help, always with smile.

We spent 3 nights at the To Sostre guest home when in Bergen, and loved our stay. We were in the Loft, which was the more expensive of the rooms, but did have its own ensuite bathroom, which we wanted. I believe the other rooms on the 2nd floor, shared a bathroom. The Loft is actually a room that can easily fit four, but there were only two of us – so we had lots of room. The Loft is on the third floor, and so if stairs are difficult, or if you have heavy suitcases, it may be a challenge. But the bed was very comfortable, as well as the bathroom was spacious and the shower had great water pressure. The room and bathroom were clean, and it was quiet. While it is an older home, it clearly had been renovated and had modern décor, which I enjoyed, and there were black-out window shades, which was nice, as it does not get fully dark outside during summer months.||||Breakfast is not included in the cost, but you could buy food and put it into the refrigerator on the first floor, to have in the morning. The first floor had a kitchen, table and lounge area that everyone shares, and you could buy take-away meals and eat it there. They do have plates and cutlery as well as a coffee maker, so there were many conveniences of a home.||||To Sostre is centrally located to many things, and we were able to walk everywhere. We also were able to get a bus from the airport without any issues, and it is a short walk to the guest home from where the bus leaves you. When we left, we could easily walk to the ferry terminal. To Sostre is located in an older part of the city, with cobblestone streets and narrow alleyways, which were fun. Again – we very much enjoyed our stay and the guest home is located in a lovely old section of Bergen.
