I left a review on Booking.com, but I left it in Korean, so I'm leaving a review on Google to provide information to people who speak other languages. The room is clean and the furniture is clean. The appliances and dishes are neat and plentiful in a Nordic style, so it was easy to cook inside. The location is in the middle of the town of Flåm, so it was very convenient because there was a tourist information center, a mart, and food trucks nearby. The view outside the window was also perfect. The downside is that there was only one room key, so it was a little inconvenient for families to move around, and the stairs at the entrance were a little steep, so I think you should keep that in mind. Still, if an acquaintance visits Flåm, I would gladly recommend this place. I was very satisfied!

We love this place, big apartment with 2 rooms, each can sleep 2 adults. Excellent location, well equipped with kitchenettes, dining table, spacious living room, ensuite bathroom, hairdryer, they even have a vertical steam iron available! Good free WiFi connection, lots of sockets for you to recharge your gadgets. This place really makes you feel at home. The price we paid although slightly higher but value for money! Only complaint is the narrow stairs, making it difficult to carry up the heavy luggages.

I had a bizarre experience in the souvenir shop where the older lady at checkout told me it was illegal to drink beer in her store (it was a coffee) and proceeded to be very rude while I paid. Even after I completed my purchased she raised her voice telling me how things are in Norway as I was trying to leave the store. It was all very strange and disappointing.

The apartment is very clean and well equipped. The location is superb; there is a supermarket right across from it, an excellent restaurant to its right, and the flåmsbana train station & næroyfjørd cruise harbour to its left. The staff was friendly too and made it an enjoyable stay.

Excellent choice for a stay in Flåm! Our apartment had a balcony with a view of the water and mountains. The apartment was a good size with a large bathroom/dining room room and two bedrooms check in with smooth and everything to do in Flåm is concentrated in the area you don’t need to walk very far for shops, food, and the floating sauna!

Oh! By far one of the best facilities I've stayed at and my friends second that; reminds me of the cliche - "home away from home." We stayed in a couple of 2 BR apartment and they are comfortably furnished with a full kitchen (grill oven, dishwasher, vessels, cutlery, etc.) allowing you to cook up a quick meal. Proximity to a department store, the train station, tourist information centre, cruise dock, "mall," are USPs of this facility. Tom the host was very courteous and accommodating to our requests overall making it highly recommended!

We were sitting outside the shop eating food, on unmarked benches so we couldn’t know we weren’t supposed to sit there and eat. My partner went inside to use the hand sanitiser as we are still experiencing a global pandemic and he wanted to keep his hands clean before we left and an older lady followed him out of the shop shouting “Excuse me!” and then came over to us and said “Get away from my benches eating your food, get out you haven’t even bought anything and you’re using my hand sanitiser”. Whilst we understand being moved along - we did not see any signs saying you have to buy something to sit on a bench outside and you have to buy something to use the hand sanitiser, but she was hostile and horrible towards us and used a very aggressive manner getting uncomfortably close to me which was very unpleasant. would avoid, much better shops for souvenirs nearby without the rudeness. We were calm and didn’t cause any issue and moved regardless of the hostility. She didn’t move on anyone else sitting on “her” benches who weren’t buying anything.
